GPS för föraren, film för passageraren – på samma skärm

Mercedes-Benz har presenterat att de kommer att implementera Splitview Command System som tillval i S-klass modellerna innan sommaren 2009. Systemet innefattar en 8-tums skärm i mittkonsolen som kan visa två stycken bilder på samma gång, beroende på vilken vinkel man tittar på skärmen ifrån. Detta innebär att föraren kan se GPS navigatorn och passageraren kan titta på film från DVD under färd. Ingen information finns ännu om vad tillvalet kommer att kosta. [Källa]
